Gallbladder Attack

Many people experience gallbladder attacks but don’t know that it has to do with their gallbladder as it often confused for heartburn or chest pains.
Because of that, many do not consult their doctor about these pains and continue to tolerate it for months. Gallbladder attacks can be stopped, without medication, the key is to understanding the cause of gallbladder attacks and the cause depends on what we eat.
Since many do not know they are experiencing a gallbladder attack they continue eating an unhealthy diet. First off, cholesterol is one of the main triggers of a gallbladder attack. This can come in the form of meat, milk and other foods. Gallstones are just that, cholesterol!
So now you pretty much know you have to avoid cholesterol foods such as meat, fish, milk… what can you eat then?! The best thing you can eat are vegetables, it doesn’t have any cholesterol. Also if you already have gallstones formed in your gallbladder then the best thing you can do to avoid gallbladder attacks and surgery is using a gallbladder flush or cleaner.
